The house on the seashore in the Swedish city of Kalmar stands out sharply from the surrounding buildings. The original design of the building seems flashy against the background of standard architecture. But the first impression that the house was built by a fashionable architectural studio or a team of young designers is wrong. The whole project, down to the smallest detail, was thought up by the owner of the house, an elderly Swedish businessman. The taste of this talented person is manifested in all the little things, lovingly thought out by him.
layout, interior, designer furniture, everything in this house is the fruit of his thought. He has something to be proud of, but the subject of special pride is the materials for construction. Nothing imported was used in the construction, all materials are natural, locally produced. Wood, the main material of the house, is made at the nearby sawmills, processed at a factory a stone's throw away, by the hands of squid craftsmen. This wonderful ensemble is completed by a beautiful view of the sea and the city.
