Dream apartment in Sweden

This Swedish apartment is a prime example of "Scandinavian style" in design. In a large apartment, only the workshop, children's room, bedroom and toilets are separated by walls and doors. The rest of the space is merged. white kitchen, the library and the living room (hall) are separated not by walls, but by various color and design designs, and these transitions are made very gently. This is facilitated by the original layout of the house of the old building. You just turn the corner and you are already in another room, united with the rest of the light and color.

The color contrast characteristic of Scandinavian design is clearly visible in the kitchen. The sterile white space is interrupted by a checkered black and white floor, a black decorative wall in the dining area, and a huge bright green refrigerator. As is often the case in Sweden, the fireplace is real, wood-burning. What can not be said about the library - it is imitated by wallpaper depicting bookshelves. A real masterpiece of the apartment is a recreation area equipped in a bay window. In the light from three huge windows - even the purple sofa does not look dark. A homespun rug, a fur tablecloth on a low table, a lot of checkered and striped pillows - very cozy. The children's room is decorated according to the taste of its inhabitant - in white and pink tones. All rooms have living greenery. Small flower pots are a botanical garden but warm the soul.
