The interior of the children's room in a pirate style

International Talk Like A Pirate Day is celebrated on September 19 in more than 40 countries. This fun holiday makes people speak pirate slang and even dress up in pirate costumes.

What boy hasn't played pirates? Who hasn't tried wearing a pirate eyepatch, shouting "Board!" and did not wave a homemade curved saber? Who hasn't built a fort out of pillows and blankets as a child?

A thoughtful interior in a pirate style will help to make the game more interesting and bright by providing almost real scenery for it to your child.

Rope ladders, ropes will undoubtedly help in creating the right atmosphere, you should also not forget about the coloring of the walls (it can be a rough sea or a quiet green harbor), real boards, or their imitation on the floor (like the deck of a pirate schooner), curtains can flutter like light sails, and the ceiling can resemble a sky with clouds.

Various decor items and furniture can be decorated in a marine style (white and blue paint, decoration with shells, ropes and the like), or look like they were borrowed directly from a ship: a steering wheel, handrails, a parrot cage or even a Jolly Roger.
