For nature lovers, everyone who wants to live outside the city, an excellent option is offered. The Eco-Perch project was designed by the Sussex-based architectural studio and built by the Blue Forest construction firm. Despite the external simplicity, this small house provides a high level of comfort, and four people can live in it.
According to the architects, they strived for maximum harmony between the interior space and the surrounding landscape. Indeed, the house, thanks to the natural colors of the wooden facade and, especially, the original texture of the roof, organically looks among the trees, large boulders, on the river bank. Raised on piles and equipped with an elegant veranda and an original staircase, it looks like part of a large old tree, on whose branches it rests.
The house is small, so when planning it, every centimeter of space is used to the maximum. The layout is well thought out and inside the house looks even spacious. They managed to place a separate room for children's sleep and a sanitary room in it.
Naturally, the idea of merging with nature dictated the use of environmentally friendly materials for the construction - mainly wood was used in the exterior and interior decoration of the house. Modernity is added to the house by metal edging, glass doors and windows of the original form. The manufacturer guarantees that the house will be delivered, assembled and put into operation in 5 days. Flexible adaptation options allow housing to be located even at the top of a tree. But would you give up a city apartment in order to live in a tree?
