The interior of the house in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres was developed by the Spanish designer Suzanne Cotes. In a small town located near Barcelona, everything is imbued with the spirit of the sea. A lot of work was spent by the designer, achieving a correspondence between the interior decoration and the outstanding appearance of a country house.
The main thing in the interior is a combination of light and wood, white and dark colors. Achieving simplicity and asceticism of design, the artist dilutes the light, almost white color of the walls, upholstered and built-in furniture with natural dark color and massive forms of two wooden tables made of natural timber. Massive planks of the table in the living room lie on a dark metal base. Jewelry is also selected - they are either white or dark gray. All this is flooded with streams of light from huge windows. This design principle works even better on a large terrace. Here, the whimsical shapes of white plastic chairs are wonderfully combined with a dark wooden table, a deck floor made of decking, dark wall inserts made of the same material. Sunlight, an abundance of natural greenery, a combination of white and brown create a fresh image of an island of comfort among wildlife.
