The mansion in American Florida, built according to the project of the design firm Phil Kean Designs, is original even in appearance. Simple, at first glance, geometric shapes of the house are diluted with different levels of floors, canopies, main and guest houses. The house looks even more interesting inside. All rooms (sufficiently spacious) are equipped with sliding doors. In the open state, they unite the outer and inner spaces, turning these spaces into huge ones. This is emphasized by the two-story height of the vast hall. Even the bedrooms and bathrooms are large.
In furnishing and lighting, there are many new findings (in form and color), confirming the modernity of the design. Different rooms are designed in different color schemes, but style principles and stylistic unity are maintained impeccably throughout. The verandas and patio are interesting, the shape of the pool is original. Evening LED lighting turns the courtyard into a wonderful place, as if it came out of a fairy tale.
