Apartment in Madrid from the popular architect Ruiz-Velasquez

The apartment is located in the attic of an old house that was built in Madrid at the beginning of the 20th century. The total area of the apartment is 50 sq. meters. Its creator is the Spanish architect Hector Ruiz-Velasquez (H?ctor Ruiz-Vel?zquez). The reason for its creation was the order of the Association of Spanish Manufacturers of Ceramic Coatings (ASCER). Accordingly, to demonstrate the possibilities of using ceramic coatings for flooring, walls, and even furniture, the architect used white ceramic tiles.
The Ceramic House, as it is called, is a multi-level, versatile living space. Here the rooms, as it were, imperceptibly pass one into another, without having clear boundaries.
