Realtors call this house a work of architecture and design art and ask for about thirty million dollars for it. Huge house (over 9000 square meters) with a large plot, a huge garage, gym and several swimming pools built only from high quality natural materials. Famous and highly paid architects and designers - Mark Molten of Platinum Series Homes, Robbie Fash and Ashley Astleford - took part in its creation, and the construction of the DALLAS MANSION estate lasted more than three years. However, to call this building a masterpiece of architecture and design would be a clear exaggeration, it is rather a publicity stunt. With all the luxury and scope, the building does not impress with architectural or design finds.
