The project of a private estate in Itaipava (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) was created by the architectural studio "Cadas Architecture". The residence was completed in 2009. A small holiday house built right on the river pier is original. It is designed as a studio that combines a fireplace and billiard rooms and a swimming pool. The main residence has a multi-level architecture and is completely made of expensive and exotic wood. Impressive wooden terrace of the original irregular shape, a dining room with original lighting, large fireplaces. Despite the large spaces, the premises of the house are very cozy. These sensations are brought by the wonderful color of natural wood and thoughtful natural and artificial lighting.
