In the West, it is very fashionable (and practical) to rebuild industrial premises for housing. Even against this background, a high-rise apartment in London stands out. Having purchased a thirty-meter thick-walled (with one and a half meter walls) water tower for 395,000 pounds, Leigh Osborne and Graham Woak invested a lot more money in its reconstruction, turning it into an ultra-modern house. In the tower itself there are four bedrooms with views of London, the floors are connected by an elevator. On the back side of the tower, the main housing is attached - apartments, called "Cube". The style of minimalism in which the interiors and exterior of "Cuba" are made did not affect the appearance of the old building from the side of the street, especially since there are many reconstructed houses around.
