Cape Town architecture studio SAOTA, in collaboration with Antoni Associates, recently completed a grandiose project with the trendy title of 6th 1448 Houghton. The building in the Johannesburg suburb of Houghton embodies the latest trends in high-tech design. It uses blinds that descend from the roof to the first floor, special glass with ultraviolet absorption, and other modern technologies. Unlike technology, the architectural appearance of simple geometric shapes is dull and uninteresting. The huge efforts of the designers are also not impressive - the original shapes and colors of the decors are simply lost in the huge rooms and halls. The selected zones look the most humane, in which you can see green plants, decorations, carpets, wall panels.
