The interior of the loft, created by CUBE Architecten, was planned mainly for work and business meetings. Therefore, the main feature of the first floor was functionality, diluted with decorative elements. Its premises are devoid of doors; open openings and three-dimensional structures are used to divide them into zones. As decorative elements, old wooden beams are used, which no longer carry a structural load. The modernity of the premises is emphasized by the color accents of individual walls, cubic shapes and metal surfaces of the bar-kitchen, sanitary facilities, uncomfortable staircases without railings. For second floor living spaces, minimalist design looks far-fetched, unjustified and uncomfortable.
