Terrace and internal exit of the house in stinson Beach (California) look directly at the sandy beach. This determined the whole atmosphere of the project. Butler Armsdenwho preferred the simplicity of wooden architecture, natural materials. Although the house is intended for permanent residence of a large family, it gives the impression of a beach residence, thanks to the combined space of a large living room and terrace, exposed beams, wicker furniture. For the cold (not in Russian) season, brick wall cladding and a large fireplace are intended.
