In this home, an attempt was made to combine respect for the original architecture with modern design trends. Externally, the old Italian house looks untouched. Inside, many elements are also preserved - massive ceiling wooden beams, unplastered walls, ceramic floors, an old wooden table, wine cabinets. Against this background, new interior elements look far-fetched - chrome and stainless steel of modern kitchen appliances, bright plastic chairs, abstract sculptures, primitive posters. Even professing the principles of minimalism, it was not possible to achieve harmony between such alien elements of the interior. The only thing that organically fit into the design was the glass railing of the second floor and stairs.
