The design of a modern luxury apartment was developed by I-Project. The design concept was based on the use of the latest technical developments and innovative engineering systems, combined with natural materials in the decoration.
The design of the apartment is made in a modern style with elements of eco-style. An eclectic mix of styles brought to life the idea of a comfortable living space in harmony with natural materials: wood, stone, silk and green plants. The space of the apartments is conditionally divided into day and evening parts. The day part is a kitchen-living room, and the evening part is a bedroom. Divides two zones - a hall. In all rooms on the floor there is a type-setting parquet and natural carpets. A "smart home" system and an innovative floor heating system have been installed.
Kitchen-living room
The space is divided into three functional areas: a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room and a dining room. The decor of the room is laconic, the decoration uses gray and white tones, as well as natural wood. In the design of the kitchen set, white glossy surfaces are combined with wood veneer. Bright accents in the interior decor are multi-colored bar stools, coffee tables made of raw hemp, original lamps and unusually shaped chandeliers. Textile design uses natural silk, linen and cotton. Living room with panoramic glazing and amazing views of the city, so electric windows were installed on the windows. Roman curtainsthat complement the translucent silk curtains.
Bedroom
The bedroom is decorated in contrasting colors, the main focus is on a large double bed. The bedroom has its own bathroom, which is separated from the living area by tinted glass walls, so you can watch TV while lying in the bathroom, especially since the bathroom has a sound system that will provide excellent sound quality. If desired, you can close the curtains on the side of the bathroom and create a private atmosphere. In front of the bed there is a small seating area with two armchairs and a stump table. The windows have blackout curtains.
