A complete renovation of the country estate was ordered by an elderly couple who spend most of their free time traveling. The customers wanted to completely transform their home and fill it with innovative technological solutions.
As a result, a country estate is a point of attraction for all neighbors; after reconstruction, the house became the most modern and bright against the background of the surrounding buildings, in the spirit of the mid-twentieth century.
It was important to separate the inner space of the courtyard from the annoying looks of the neighbors, so it was decided to raise the roof of the house as much as possible, from the side of the neighboring courtyard.
Planning decisions
The entrance group is equipped with a special bench where you can comfortably take off your shoes, there is also a special room where you can wash your feet or shoes after visiting the beach. Attached to the house is a two-car garage with a secret entrance to the kitchen, so that you can easily transfer purchases from the car.
The layout of the house is designed to be as comfortable as possible for people of age, so that they do not have to travel long distances, and everything is practically at hand.
Despite the fact that the house is sandwiched between the houses of neighbors, it turned out to create an absolutely isolated space, cozy and private.
The largest room in the house is the living room, which is combined with the kitchen and dining room, and has two exits to the terraces, both from the facade of the building and from the courtyard.
The master bedroom is as far away from the common areas as possible, the elderly can relax, and the younger generations will not interfere with them. Also, the house has two study rooms, one for the grandchildren - not far from the entrance to the house, and the second - for the owner of the house, next to the bedroom.
Finishing materials and interior style
In the creation of interiors, expensive natural finishing materials of neutral tones were used. The interiors are dominated by white color and wooden furniture. It is worth noting that the designers managed to organically combine antique and modern furniture, stylized as the sixties of the last century. In the living room, a bright color accent is a handmade carpet in ethnic style.
According to the owners, the designers managed to exceed their wildest expectations and create a well-thought-out comfortable living space that has become a favorite home for three generations of the family.
