This house was built near the recreational area near the lake. The unusual architecture of the house is dictated by the practical and economic motives of the owner.
Challenge for designers
It was necessary to design a house overlooking the lake. But the client was frightened by high taxes on coastal real estate, so he purchased a narrow and elongated site 2000 meters from the lake. Despite the unfortunate choice of a site for construction, the house was supposed to become a cozy love nest and a home for future children. The house was supposed to impress the future wife and demonstrate her ability to plan a family and manage the family budget. Another difficulty that had to be overcome was the decision of the municipality, which provides that in this area it is possible to build houses no higher than two floors. With the help of lawyers, they found a loophole in the legislative act, it did not indicate that the second floor should be on the roof of the first. This is how the second floor turned out - a tower aimed directly at the necessary view of the lake shore. After the construction of the house, a change was made to the municipal decision.
Solution of tasks
On a narrow plot, a house stretched for the entire length of the plot was built with a master bedroom on the second floor. The second floor is located above the tops of the trees and the roofs of the surrounding houses. Nothing prevents you from enjoying magnificent views from the balcony, while saving on taxes. In addition to the bedroom on the second floor there is a spacious bathroom.
All rooms in the house are located one behind the other - a garage, a swimming pool, a corridor with a bathroom, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms for children with separate bathrooms.
The design of the facades is also based on the motives of economy, all facades are sheathed with multi-colored siding. The interior decoration of the premises is laconic and practical, white color prevails in the decoration. The photos of the house were taken a few days before the owner's wedding. The new house is ready to receive newlyweds who will breathe life into the interiors, and perhaps soon children's laughter will sound here.
