I love making things with my own hands. On the table stood an ordinary pencil case, in which there were cells and which rotated.
There was very little stationery in there, so they had to be stored separately in other boxes. Therefore, the idea came up to make a pencil holder with your own hands. I wanted it to have many different storage cells and all this in one place.
There were also old jeans, and many creative people often search the Internet for the phrase “what can you do with old jeans with your own hands?” or “how to use tin cans to good use?”, And also a search phrase “what to do with plastic bottles with your own hands?”.

So, there is an idea, there is a pencil box! To make it, we need the following materials and tools:
- old jeans
- lace (or ribbon);
- thread and needle;
- scissors;
- lid from under the shoe box;
– containers of different shapes and sizes;
- Double-sided tape;
- thermal gun;
- chalk (soap or light pencil);
- ruler;
- paper clips;
Note: it is better to use a ribbon of a different color so that it looks brighter on the material, there is a contrast.
You can use tin cans to store items, such as green peas, corn or tomato paste. Plastic bottles of different sizes.
- Place the lid on the fabric. We mark the borders with a light pencil, connect along the ruler.

- Attach double sided tape to the inside of the lid. Remove the top layer.

- We cut the material along the borders and put it inside the lid.

- Glue double-sided tape to the side and to the bottom of the lid from the bottom of the box.

- We measure the required length and width on the fabric for the sides on the lid. Cut off, glue to the side.

- We measure the fabric for the other sides. In the places of their connection, we apply glue and clamp with paper clips.

- We take a tin can. We put it on the fabric. We measure and mark the boundaries of the required material. We measure more along the length so that it is enough to wrap the container and the can is practically not visible. Apply glue to the side of the can.

- We wrap the fabric around the jar. Apply glue to the inside.

- Fold the fabric inward. It turns out like this.

- We measure the required amount of lace per container. We cut off. We sew.

- We wrap other containers with denim, sew lace to them. It turns out containers for storing objects of different lengths and widths. The most interesting thing is that if you change the arrangement of objects, the interior on the table and in this pencil case, you can also move everything and arrange all the objects in a completely different way.
You can make such a pencil holder for master classes and put it in the center of the table so that all items are at hand. It is also a great option for schoolchildren and students.
