Minimalism in architecture

The façades are finished with textured “concrete-look” finishes that contrast with the dark chocolate-colored window frames, garage doors, and entrance doors. The house is surrounded by a wenge-colored wooden fence. This combination of shades with a green lawn and a blue pool creates a very cozy house adjoining space.

In interior design, the play of contrasts and textures continues. Ceilings and walls in all areas of the house are painted white. This is the perfect backdrop for paintings, accessories and designer furniture. Moreover, white color visually expands spaces, fills them with light and air.
In the kitchen-living room on the ground floor, a single cozy space has been created, which, if desired, smoothly flows into the courtyard and forms a single harmonious ensemble. A kitchen set with glossy white fronts contrasts with a matte black chocolate kitchen island, while a photo-printed glass backsplash with LED lighting creates the illusion of another window onto the garden.
Another contrasting element in the living room area is a wenge-colored fireplace with a pronounced wood texture. In the dining area there is a wooden table in the color of milk chocolate and chairs with soft upholstery in milky color. From this realm chocolate shades are knocked out only - a soft group and a marble console, they are in gray shades. On the open terrace in front of the house there is a white light dining group.
The principle of the play of light and dark shades is repeated in all living areas of the house. The furniture is minimal, only the most necessary, the spaces are not overloaded, but very cozy. Huge paintings, interesting art objects and designer accessories create a special atmosphere in the interiors.
