Materials and tools:
- wallpaper;
- ruler, pencil and scissors;
- banknotes;
- Double-sided tape;
- white silk fabric;

- a candle (or a lighter);
- lace (ruffle, decorative elastic band);
- decorative elements (beads, flat rhinestones);
- white cardboard;

- Align the edges. We measure the distance along the ruler and see that the height is the same everywhere. Draw a line with a pencil. On one side, cut off the side edges.
- We work with the side of the envelope for money. We retreat from the edge of 1 cm on both sides. We draw lines.
- Cut along the line on both sides. Now the edges of the envelope look smooth. Attach double sided tape.
- We bend the edges to the center. Smooth by hand. Cut off the lid.
- We measure a distance of 2 cm on the lid on both sides.
- We cut off. We retreat from the edge of the cover of the envelope 2 cm on one side and 2 cm on the other side. We draw a line along the ruler and cut off.
- Set the envelope aside. Let's start decorating it. Cut a small strip from silk. We fold in such a way that in the future we get 3 flowers. Draw a circle with a pencil.
- Cut out. Make smaller circles and cut out. Thus, 3 circles of different diameters should be obtained, and only 6.
- We light a candle, barely approaching the fire we bring a circle of silk, the edges are melted and bent. We do this with all circles.
- On a circle of larger diameter, apply a little glue in the middle. We insert a circle of medium diameter into it, apply glue and insert a small circle. Apply glue and insert the bead.
- Glue lace on the cover of the envelope. It has decorative elements.
- Glue a bow in the corner.
- We glue silk flowers on the money envelope. Next to them is a piece of openwork gum.
- We draw hearts on white cardboard. Cut out and glue them on the envelope. At one heart we glue "ears" from a satin ribbon. Then glue flat rhinestones. We take the dots tool, dip it in white paint and put dots on the envelope. Waiting for it to dry.
