A unique design hotel has recently opened its doors on the Greek island of Mykonos.
The architecture and interior design of the hotel is the collective work of the world's leading experts, who managed to create a harmonious combination of the traditional Mediterranean style of the Greek islands with modern luxury with the help of innovative technologies.
Architecture
The hotel is located on the very coast, on a rocky slope, so the architecture is traditional - the hotel rooms descend to the sea with terraces. In the decoration of the facades, white plaster, natural stone and wood were used.
Particular attention was paid to landscape design and organization of recreation areas. Luxurious pools, floating trees, comfortable furniture and original lighting - everything is aimed at maximum relaxation and convenience for customers. All the windows of the hotel rooms overlook the sea bay, you can enjoy the breathtaking views endlessly.
The restaurant and bars are also decorated in a traditional style, but the design of the bars uses more wood, and the interior of the restaurant is sophisticated and delicate, designer chandeliers and other accessories from world-famous designers are involved in the design. Guests can enjoy exceptional gastronomic delights in the excellent restaurant, located in the roof garden, overlooking the Gulf of Ornos.
Interior design
Each hotel room is unique, the decoration uses natural materials that are mined on the island - stone and wood. The hotel's clients have a great opportunity to plunge into Greek culture, to feel the atmosphere of traditional interiors. At the same time, all rooms are comfortable, each has a private terrace with a jacuzzi and beach furniture, and suites with private pools.
The furniture in the rooms is designed in a minimalist style, but every little thing causes delight and surprise, for example, wooden stools, wicker fans or hanging chairs.
The design of the SPA complex resembles ancient laconiums, with places for relaxation and conversations, swimming pools and, of course, the most modern procedures. For example, chromotherapy is located in a makeshift cave.
Staying at the hotel will allow guests to get to know Greek culture, traditions and Cretan cuisine better.
