The owners of real French chateaus rarely dare to experiment in interior design, trying to preserve the authentic classic style as much as possible. Therefore, this project is very unusual and special. Avant-garde style interiors combined with luxury and an amazing sense of proportion and irony.
Fairy of color and light
Bright yellow color is present in all rooms, which adds cheerfulness and creativity to the interiors. Bright color accents are so subtly integrated into the design that they do not discord with the rest of the design. In addition to rich yellow, the interiors have deep blue and even orange.
In the living room, it is impossible to take your eyes off the wall decoration. And if below are ordinary Wall panels with moldings, then the upper part is a textured plaster with color transitions and an imitation of wallpaper torn from above. Old wooden beams and an irregular shape of the ceiling work to enhance the impression and subtly emphasize the originality of the style. The second living room is more restrained, but in fact it is one room, separated by a fireplace. The design of the raised fireplace links these two spaces into one concept.
The second violin in the design is played by lighting - natural and artificial. All chandeliers, sconces and floor lamps are designer. Moreover, the classic crystal chandelier is adjacent to the famous black floor lamp by the French sculptor Serge Mouy, whose plafonds resemble the shape of a woman's breasts. A luxurious chandelier in the dressing room is complemented by an elegant white umbrella. The floor lamp and chandelier in the nursery are white fantasy-shaped flowers.
Of particular attention is the guest bedroom, everything is permeated with mystery and the spirit of filming. Brick wall with a silhouette from a chandelier - reminiscent of scenery, floor lamps - filming lighting equipment, and two poufs - boxes with film. The atmosphere in the room is very intimate and private.
The second bedroom is the complete opposite. It is white, made of modern materials. It has a lot of light, mirrors and gloss.
A bright nursery with red wallpaper with a subtle gold pattern, a luxurious bed with a soft headboard to the ceiling and a funny armchair made of pieces of multi-colored matter is the dream of any girl.
Another theme that recurs in interiors is faces. In the living room - this is an amazing portrait of a girl, in the kitchen - original wallpaper, and in the dressing room - a lamp. Do not be surprised when in such an amazing house, in the corridor, you meet real street graffiti on the wall.
Impressions from the interiors
Such bold and non-trivial combinations can only be afforded by creative and free people. Even in the photo, the interiors look so interesting that you want to look at them for a long time, and at least feel a little part of this magnificence. Avant-garde style is always innovation and bold combinations, and in this project, in our opinion, this is fully embodied. From this project, like from a good French wine, an exciting aftertaste and complete confidence that interior design is not just a profession, but a real art, remain. Art is to live with taste!
