The project of a modern white house with five terraces

Where there is sunshine all year round and there is no shortage of bright colors, most homeowners prefer white in their interiors and exteriors. This is a traditional color for many Mediterranean countries, centuries change, materials improve, and white never goes out of fashion.

A modern white house was built on the edge of a golf course with five view terraces that form unusual graphic facades of the house. In terms of style, it can be attributed to modern cubism or minimalism - clean straight lines, no architectural excesses, only dynamics and dazzling white color.

Architectural features

A two-story stone house with a large percentage of glazing, modest landscaping and a large swimming pool in front of the house - everything seems to be simple, but how subtle and harmonious. The highlight of the project was the terraces planted with exotic plants. And since the terraces run along the entire facade of the house, they offer picturesque views of the coast and mountains.

Plants on the terraces play a big role, they simultaneously bring a touch of freshness to the exterior of the house, diluting the white color of the finish, and also serve as a link between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.

What's inside?

The interiors and furniture are also made in white, free layouts of common areas prevail. So far, not all interior spaces have been fully completed, but we can already safely say that there will be no lack of natural light in them.

The project turned out to be modern, dynamic with its own character and concept. You can relax and work in this, enjoying the beautiful nature and being inspired by the views of sunrises and sunsets, spending the day on the terrace with a glass of wine and meeting the dawn with a cup of coffee.
