This recently renovated apartment is undoubtedly home to a young family. The huge space of the studio is flooded with light from four large windows. The main design contrast is between white and black. The ceiling, walls, floor (wooden, as everywhere in Sweden), upholstery of a huge sofa are designed in white and light gray tones. At opposite ends of the studio, a large shaggy charcoal rug and a black wall in the kitchen area play on the dark side. In order not to be bored, there are light brown tables, golden chandeliers, bright paintings and photographs on the walls. Wooden furniture, as is customary in Sweden, simple, rational forms. The chandelier “under the crystal” looks somewhat eclectically, with imitation of candles, in the kitchen area. Much more harmonious lighting of the recreation area - a low-hanging whimsical lamp and a low corner sconce go well with candles in white porcelain candlesticks.
