Only strange tastes and a desire to impress others could bring to life the interior of the loft, which is home to photographer Arne Swenson and designer Charles Burkhalter. The house contains a collection of strange and frightening objects that, along with bare walls, have become part of the gloomy interior. Some rooms of the house (study, library, kitchen) are quite functional. In the rest, it was at first scary for the inhabitants themselves.
